Shipment Processing Times

•All orders are processed within2 business days (Monday–Friday).

•Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

•Selecting expedited shipping at checkout will not shorten the processing time.

•During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time in transit

.•If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

•Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

•We use USPS and FedEx services. Shipping rates are pulled automatically from the carrier.

•Overnight delivery is available for addresses within the continental United States only.

•Occasional delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues or external factors.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

•We ship toU.S. addresses only, includingP.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses when supported by the selected carrier.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

•Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking information.

•Tracking numbers will be active once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

2.Please retain all original packaging and damaged items for inspection.

3.We will work quickly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Delta-8 Shipping Restrictions

We comply with the 2018 Farm Bill (H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018). Due to current state laws, we do not ship Delta-8 THC products to the following states:

Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont.

Orders placed with Delta-8 products for delivery to these states will be canceled and refunded.

International Shipping

•We do not currently ship outside of the continental United States.
